Another great article from Men’s Health magazine online. This time Geordie Brackin finds out how important quality sleep patterns are women and what the benefits are for both everyone.
“A recent survey of American women confirmed what most women already knew (and men suspected): They’re so rushed during the day that they don’t get enough sleep, and that means less sex for everyone. According to the National Sleep Foundation, women who are short on time first cut back on sleep and exercise. Next to suffer cutbacks: social life, healthy eating…and sex.”

Some brief insight:
How To Nap
Today’s siesta is better known as the 20-minute powernap. Powernaps are most effective when they are at the same time and for the same duration each day. Generally you will experience a mid-day dip between six and eight hours after waking.
They will also install some of these space crafts for your employees to power nap at work, leaving them refreshed and ready to complete their 24 hours shifts! Seriously though, the clientele list is impressive and if you want to get the best from your workforce or provide your customers with some snooze time then this is perfect. Now all they need is to add a Silk Concept duvet to it!

Grant Stoddard has written a great article, all about an interesting sleep experiment to try and live longer by sleeping less. It begins with:
“I’d been adding items to my to-do list at a much faster rate than I was checking them off when I heard about the Uberman sleep cycle. This extreme form of polyphasic sleeping involves 20-minute naps every 4 hours. (A monophasic sleep pattern would be your typical 8-hour block of sleep every 24 hours.) Some converts to Uberman claim that after an adjustment period, usually lasting anywhere from a week to 3 weeks, they feel no less alert than they would have if they’d been clocking 8 hours a night.”
