Refunds & Exchanges

We endeavor that every customer should be 100% happy with each purchase. We believe our manufacturing process maintains the highest level of quality materials and workmanship. Once an order has been placed, you the consumer have up to 30 days to return the order for a full refund. After 30 days and up until 60 days of the date the order was placed we will refund and provide you with an online store credit. Shipping costs incurred for the returned product will be at the purchaser’s expense. If the product is not in its original condition or packaging we have the right to refuse a refund.

Exchanging your product

In order to exchange or return your product, please download and fill out our return or exchange form. Include the product being returned or exchanged and completed form in order for the exchange or refund to be applicable. Send your returned items using regular post only to: Silk Concept Returns and Exchanges 1964 Adanac Street, BC, Canada, V5L 2E4.

*All returns & exchanges will be refunded upon receipt of goods.

Warranty

All Silk Concept duvets are warranted against workmanship and material defects for 10 years after the date of purchase. This warranty does not cover misuse or normal wear and tear. The warranty allows Silk Concept to either repair or replace the product as Silk Concept chooses. This warranty is void if a duvet cover is not used at all times.

Shipping

All Silk Concept orders are shipped through the most reliable most reliable and economical service. We provide a flat rate shipping across Canada. We currently only ship within Canada. If you are outside of Canada please contact us at laura@silkconcept.com

How quickly is my order processed?
We strive to process and ship all in stock items within 24-48 hours of receipt of payment. Out of stock items orders will be place on back order and you will be informed of a future delivery date.

How long does shipping take?
Canadian orders are shipped through Canpar who guarantee delivery:

- British Columbia 1-3 Business days
- All other Provinces 2-7 Business days
- USA and International orders will TBC

* Business days are considered Monday to Friday excluding Holidays.

Gift Delivery

How very kind of you to be gifting someone a silk filled duvet! During the checkout process you can specify a billing address and a different delivery address so that your gift is sent straight to the lucky recipient.
