Shipping Information

All Silk Concept orders are shipped through the most reliable and economical service. We provide a flat rate shipping across Canada and the US.

How quickly is my order processed?
We strive to process and ship all in stock items within 24-48 hours of receipt of payment. Out of stock items orders will be place on back order and you will be informed of a future delivery date.

How long does shipping take?
Canadian orders are shipped through Canpar who guarantee delivery:

• British Columbia 1-3 Business days
• All other Provinces 2-7 Business days
• US approximately 7-10 Business days
• International to be confirmed

* Business days are considered Monday to Friday excluding Holidays.

Signing
To ensure you receive your Silk Concept order, we will require a signature upon delivery and therefore you may wish to make your shipping address reflect this accordingly i.e. your workplace.

Tracking
Once your order has been shipped, we will send you an email with your tracking order number. You can then go online to www.canpar.com and monitor your delivery.

Gift delivery
How very kind of you to be gifting someone a silk filled duvet! During the checkout process you can specify a billing address and a different delivery address so that your gift is sent straight to the lucky recipient.
